The Women of Excellence Women’s Ministry is designed to meet the needs of the female members of the church. The Young Women of Excellence (YWOEX) reaches out to women ages 13-21 years of age. The Mothers’ Board (Appointed by Pastor) and Senior Women's ministry are for women 60 years and over.

There are three basic formats to the WOEX Women’s Ministry: teaching/training, fellowship, and sisterhood. This ministry focuses on promoting spiritual, physical, and emotional growth for women of all ages.

Individuals interested in working with the women’s ministry can participate in education and training, mentoring, intercessory ministry, administration, recreation and fitness, event organization, and many other areas that fulfill the goals and vision of this ministry. The Women of Excellence Ministry is led by Co-pastor Cynthia Butler. All women 13 and over are considered members of JOL Women's ministry.
